Argentea is a slower growing alocasia with dividing leaves.  Quick to develop a stock and produces several baby plants next to the main stock.  I place most of mine in mid day shade.  Getting several hours of sun in the morning and late afternoon.  I've had good results with that.

 

 

 

 Leaves emerge green with silver veins and turn to a more bluish/green metallic look.  Below is a close up of a leaf.  This is a newer leaf that has not yet turned to the more blue/green color.  Very interesting look.
