Shipping
Shipping will be added at time of checkout. Please see remarks below as a reference.

You may order from shadowscapesnursery.com, but please understand orders are only processed after payment has cleared. I prefer to ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays so that the plants do not sit in shipping trucks over the weekends. Other ship dates can be made per request.
USPS Ground is standard for all shipments. If you live more than two shipping days from Alabama, I would recommend asking for 2-Day Air
Standard Ground $5 + $2 for each additional item (2 to 6 business days)
2-Day Air Shipping $25 (or $13.95 for Large Flat-Rate Box, if shipment qualifies.)
Next Day Air $35 + $5 for each additional item.
Saturday Delivery $45 + $10 for each additional item.
For Shipments to HI and AK, please select at least 2-Day Air for shipments since Ground Service is not available. All Shipping days are Business Days and do not include holidays and weekends.
Tracking number with Insurance is optional at $5 per shipment.
Depending on time of year Express Shipping may be needed to protect plants from the elements. Please email before placing order for all questions regarding shipping.

Please Note:
Some plants can be shipped as bulbs during off season or anytime requested. This will lower the shipping charges. Email before placing order for details.
Note: Most bulbs and tubers are dormant from November to April and will be shipped accordingly.
No shipments will be made between December to February unless it is going South of Birmingham. Orders will still be taken but plants will ship when weather is safe. I will email you after the order to explain the details.
Returns
We hope that no one would ever want to return anything to us. But we understand the issue may come up from time to time. Please inspect all plants after they arrive. If the boxes are damaged from shipping, please make sure to take pictures of the damage. We give a 5 day grace period to return the items from your order (shipping, insurance and handling charges are non-refundable) should you not be happy with the plants provided. Please understand these are living plants who will look a little sad after traveling two or three days in a box with no light. Follow the instructions provided and they will perk up in no time.
Should you still need a return please email me at
Sales@shadowscapesnursery.com to be issued a Returned Materials Authorization ("RMA"). Refunds are only available to customers requesting a RMA within 5 days after receipt of order.
Fine Print
1. Any shortages must be reported within 2 days of receipt. You may do this by our website or email.
2. For all returns you will need to contact us to request an authorization number. Be advised that numbers and specific RMA information are issued by email only. Unauthorized and unmarked returns will not be accepted.
3. All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging material and box. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
4. You have 5 days from the date the RMA is issued to return the product. After the 5 day period has expired, a new RMA number will need to be obtained.
5. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns shipped C.O.D. will be refused.
6. Refunds and credits are available only after the return has been received and inspected.
