At Shadow Scapes we try to only ship actual plants that are at least a year old if not several years old.  Do not be fooled by the others offering SP (Starter Plants), you will not be happy with those such companies.   You may save a few bucks going with these companies but will have a greater chance of failure.  You want a company that will sell good quality plants.  Just trust me on this.

 

I don't want to state an actual height requirement because there is not one.  It depends a lot on the individual plant.  I try to only ship plants under 36" being that is my normal shipping box size.  As a general rule most elephant ears I sell will ship around a foot to two feet in the early part of the growing season.  Later in the Summer I ship plants that reach closer to the 36" height.  They all should reach four or five feet in one growing season if not higher.

As you can see the height will very.  The top two pictures are on the small side.  I don't like to go any smaller than that. 

 

Understand I am more than willing to take a picture of the actual plant I will be sending you.  I know there are a lot of new companies out there that promise great plants and do not stand up to their promises.  Here at Shadow Scapes we want you to be happy and I will try my best to ease all worries up front.

 

Just understand I can only hold plants for about a day to keep up with demand.
